There are 13 sets of goals to complete and the time limit is 13 days so you must complete one set of gals each day throughout the quest. If you complete the quest within the time limit of 13 days you will unlock a beautiful Snow Chalet house template.
Once you have completed day 12 of the Snow Problem quest you can move on to day 13.
If you complete the previous days before 12 days are up you will have to wait until the start of day 13 before you can begin the set of goals for day 13. If it's taken you longer than 12 days you will be able to go straight on to the next set of goals.

You can build the Snow Chalet house on a standard or a premium lot. The first one is free and after that the cost in simoleons will depend on how many houses you already have built in your town.
There are a few extra furniture items you gain access to by completing day 13. There is another new floor - the Chalet white carpet which costs 1LP, four new doors - a single doorframe which costs S500, a double door frame which costs S700, a single deep wood door which costs S2,500 and a double deep wood door which costs S2,500 In the bedroom section of the Home Store there are three new side tables - a black and a white which cost 1LP and a blonde which costs 2LP. In the rugs section of the Home Store they are 2 more shag rugs - black and white which cost 9LP each.
