There are 13 sets of goals to complete and the time limit is 13 days so you must complete one set of gals each day throughout the quest. If you complete the quest within the time limit of 13 days you will unlock a beautiful Snow Chalet house template.
Once you have completed day 10 of the Snow Problem quest you can move on to day 11.
If you complete the previous days before 10 days are up you will have to wait until the start of day 11 before you can begin the set of goals for day 11. If it's taken you longer than 10 days you will be able to go straight on to the next set of goals.

Please remember that all items have either a 1,2 or 3 star rating and the time tasks take depend upon the star rating of the item
Go to Santas workshop (using locomotive at the park)
Speak to the elf - 5 mins
Search letter pile - 2 hrs
Search sack - 5 mins
Search chimney - 6 hrs 30 mins
Wait for Santa - 48 mins

DAY ELEVEN GOALS ARE COMPLETE
You have won the Chalet sofas.
The U shaped sofas can be found in the Living Room section of the Home Store. The first black and brown ones are free, after that the black one costs 30LP, the brown one costs 31LP and the grey one costs 32LP.
Depending how long it has taken you to complete these tasks you may have to wait until you can start day 12. If you do need to wait you will get a pop up to tell you how long until day 12 tasks are available to you.
