Level Unlocks : 13 Unlocks : Swim centre & pools for housesAll Going Swimmingly is a main quest within Sims Freeplay which means previous quests must have been completed before this becomes available.
This quest unlocks at level 13 and will unlock swimming pools for your Sims homes. Once you complete this quest you will be able to build your Sims swimming pools and if you complete it within the time limit you will win the volleyball set for your Sims to enjoy.
Please remember that all items have either a 1,2 or 3 star rating and the time tasks take depend upon the star rating of the item

Build the swimming centre - time and cost varies
Send a sim to the swim center
Admire the slide at the swim centre - 4 secs
Look at diving board apprehensively - 12 hrs
Ask wumples for advice - 8 hrs 30 mins (rabbit at door of swim center)
Supervise in a lifeguard chair
Use a diving board - 10 mins
Look at the pool slide apprehensively - 13 hrs
Be nice to a sim - 1 min
Use the slide - 2 hrs 50 mins
Splash a sim in the pool - 10 secs
Flip a sim in a pool - 4 secs
Chat to a sim while in the pool - 4 mins
Talk to wumples - 10 mins
Talk to wumples again - 1 day
Use the slide - 2 hrs 50 mins
Version Two

You can now add pools to your house gardens and the diving hobby has now become available.
Prize
The prize for completing this quest within the time limit is a volleyball net which can be placed in the pools. It costs S2,500 from the outdoor section of the home store. It's quite a nice addition to the game but I wouldn't worry about not getting it too much.
You will also unlock swimsuits after completing this quest. They are available from the Costume and Swim store. You will also unlock special pool packs in the online store - the dolphin pool pack and the automatic pool cleaner, both can be bought for real money.
The next quest is the Hidden Unicorn quest which will unlock the showjumping hobby.

As this is a main quest you need to complete all the previous quests (full list of main quests can be found here) and be level 13 or above before this quest becomes unlocked for you.
Can I complete this quest even though I am passed level 13?
You can complete this quest at any level on or after level 13. As long as you have completed the previous quests, this quest will pop up automatically for you.
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
This happens when your Sim can't access the item. To solve this you either need to rotate the item so the little arrow has a blank space in front of it or move an item that has been placed in front of the item you want to use.

No, you have to wait until the task comes up to be able to build it.
How do I get a Sim over to the swim centre?
Go over to the swim centre using the town map then go into the SimTracker and whistle over a Sim that isn't busy.

Yes, you need to build the Costume and Swim store on the town map then they will be available to you.
